Drunk 2.0

Questi dei social networks non sanno proprio piu' che inventarsi:

A few weeks ago we introduced a new feature, letting you buy friends a cold one, or a glass of red, right from their Going.com profile. That's right, a real drink they can redeem at a bar of their choice!
Haven't tried it yet? It's simple...
Step 1: BUY A FRIEND A DRINK
Find a new friend, old friend or someone you would like to become a friend. Go to their Going.com profile and click on the Buy Me A Drink button.
Step 2: FILL OUT INFO
Fill out the gift information and a personalized note.
Step 3: GIFT IS SENT AUTOMATICALLY
The gift recipient gets a drink icon on their profile and a message in their Going.com Inbox that contains a personal message and gift code.
Step 4: GIFT RECIPIENT FINDS A BAR
The gift recipient clicks on the link in their message to find a BuyYourFriendADrink.com network bar or restaurant in their area.
Step 5: GIFT RECIPIENT GETS HIS/HER DRINK
The gift recipient prints their gift email (or just brings their gift code) to a bar and orders a drink. (from Going's weekly newsletter*)

Domanda: ma che male c'era ad aspettare fino a sera e offrire da bere in analogico?

Live after death

Stando a quanto dicono, sembra proprio che mentre tu ti scatenerai all'Hana-bi armato di vodka e cinepresa, il tuo alter ego oltreoceano restera' imprigionato in qualche dive bar di Alphabet City ...

... If death is not extinction, what might it be like? That's a question the Harvard philosopher Robert Nozick, who died five years ago, enjoyed pondering. One of the more rococo possibilities he considered was that the dying person's organized energy might bubble into a new universe created in that person's image. Although his reflections were inconclusive, Nozick hit on a seductive maxim: first, imagine what form of immortality would be best; then live your life right now as though it were true. And, who knows, it may be true. "Life is a great surprise," Vladimir Nabokov once observed. "I do not see why death should not be an even greater one." (dal NYT Magazine)

buffo come anche i non atei comincino a credere a queste teorie
